The While working as Senior Urban Designer with the City of Raleigh’s Urban Design Center, Roberta served as the designer and land use planner of a study that developed a framework and strategies to guide expectations on the form and character of the West Morgan District’s future growth. The West Morgan District is a long standing example of an urban mixed-use shoulder district that encourages neighborhood scale residential and non-residential pedestrian oriented uses.
