Catalyst Design worked on a team to develop a Regional Freeway & Street-bases Transit (FAST) Network Study for the Regional Transportation Alliance (RTA) and partner agencies (GoTriangle and NCDOT) Roberta developed a project outreach and inreach strategy to coordinate the multiple different stakeholders and community interest groups and developed an implementation and funding strategy, including a series of policy recomendations and a toolkit for staff and elected officials. The FAST Study plan includes a high-level feasibility analysis, technology and infrastructure assessment, and implementation plan generating a FAST Toolkit to be deployed throughout the region.
